Very few people come for treatment for late Ejaculation or Delayed discharge as people tend to welcome, rather than complain about it.

It becomes problematic when either of the partners feels distressed with too much of the good thing. Delay in discharge may result in tiredness, swelling of genitals, injury, a feeling of frustration & avoidance of intimacy, thus jeopardizing the relationship.
